Yes. Many of our events use two or more spaces — for example, a talk in Lock followed by a party in the Bar, or a ceremony on the Boat with a reception in Hideout. Let us know what you’re planning and we’ll help design the flow.
What’s the minimum booking size?
Most of our spaces have a minimum booking size of 15–30 guests depending on the day, time, and space. For exclusive hires, minimum spends may apply. TBC
Are there noise restrictions?
Internal spaces are licensed for live and recorded music. Outdoor volumes are monitored to respect our community — our team can advise on how best to plan sound-sensitive events.
Can I hold a date before confirming?
Yes — we’re happy to pencil in a date while you finalise plans.
We do our best to let you know if another confirmed enquiry comes in for the same time slot, but please note that pencilled dates without a deposit aren’t guaranteed — especially during busy periods when things can move quickly. If it’s a key date for you, we recommend confirming as soon as you’re ready.
CATERING & DRINKS
Can we bring our own catering or drinks?
Our food and drink packages are managed in-house. Outside catering is only permitted in very specific cases and must be agreed in advance. Corkage fees may apply. TBC
Are dietary requirements and allergens catered for?
Yes. We offer vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and allergy-aware options across all menus. Just let us know your needs when booking.
Do you offer menu tastings?
Tastings can be arranged for large or premium bookings — speak to our team to find out what’s possible. TBC
Do you offer drinks by the hour or open bar tabs?
Yes — drinks packages are flexible. We offer bundles, cocktail jugs, welcome drinks and open tab options.
TECH, MUSIC & ENTERTAINMENT
Can we bring our own DJ or performers?
Absolutely. We welcome external DJs and performers — just let us know the tech setup in advance so we can support.
Is tech equipment included in the hire?
Yes. All core AV (sound, mics, projectors, screens, lighting) is included in each space. View/download tech specs below.
Yes. We support HDMI and standard audio connections. Adapters and test times can be arranged.
WEDDINGS & PRIVATE EVENTS
Is Number 90 licensed for weddings and civil ceremonies?
Yes — we are licensed to hold legal ceremonies in a selection of our spaces. TBC
Can we decorate the space?
Definitely. You’re welcome to personalise your space. For large-scale décor or builds, just run it past our team first.
Do you offer wedding planning or coordination?
We provide a dedicated events coordinator to support logistics and setup. Full-service planning may be available for an additional fee. TBC

Is the venue accessible?
We’re committed to being as accessible as possible. Step-free entry is available for most spaces. For specific access needs, please contact us directly.
Is parking available on-site?
Limited parking is available for guests with accessibility needs and for pre-arranged deliveries. General parking is available nearby via street pay-and-display or Westfield Stratford.
Can we arrange a site visit?
Yes — we encourage it. Just drop us a message and we’ll book in a tour that fits your schedule.
How early can we arrive to set up?
Setup times vary based on your booking and the space. Most events include access ahead of guest arrival. Speak to your coordinator for details.
